MTL Usage

In MTL, a final h is a high short tone open stop (tone 8).
Aspirated consonants are written using the symbols for voiceless consonants followed by the aspiration modifier letter h.
By tone sandhi, the final "h" converts to q, which is a low short tone open stop (tone 4).
