there are some affixes to Hoklo names, such as tor, that often appear in names of places along rivers and are often preceded by numbers.

Sirtor (Sihdu, 四堵) in New Taipei City
Goxtor (Wudu District, 五堵), Taipag
Lagtor (Lioudu Borough, 六堵), Køelaang
Chittor Khw (Qidu District; 七堵)
Pøehtor (八堵)

are some, but nobody seems to be able to accurately explain what to means.
