Description

• higher than basic tone and low tone
• not quite as high as start of shouting tone

Examples

• a/e -> f: hiaf, ciaf, hef, zef 🔊 (here, there, this one, that one)
• i -> y: ym 🔊 in ngkym (gold)
• o -> of: o'of 🔊 (dark)
• u -> w: wn 🔊 in thefwn (body temperature)
