The Practical Taiwanese Conversation (https://learntaiwanese.org/conversation/) lesson series aims to teach those who speak very little or no Taiwanese to be able to to use Taiwanese to communicate in daily life.
All materials are written in Modern Taiwanese Language (MTL). "Harnji" (i.e. Chinese characters) and English are provided to facilitate the learning process.
Vocabulary
The PTC lessons introduces you to nearly 380 distinct Taiwanese words. The 40 most frequently appearing words are: goar, lie, ee, si, hør, ti, u, kab, khix, bøeq, afnnef, tø, cyn, cviaa, laq, chviafmng, larn, aeciah, laai, tøsia, øe, ar, ze/zoe/zøe, køefcie, siøfciar, cidee, bøo, øextaxng, lirn, kin'afjit, Taan, tøfui, laang, Taioaan, laikhix, ma, goarn/gurn, ho, khaq, chviar.
