- ar (仔t)
- very common suffix and infix to nouns; 1. a diminutive suffix for nouns, adjectives or quantities; 2. a suffix that converts a verb or adjective into a noun (often a tool); 3. a suffix placed after a name or title, used endearingly; 4. interfix used limitedly in certain temporal location adverbs; 5. diminuitive if following a surname; 6. interfix placed between two nouns to show the relationship between the two objects; 7. interfix placed between two nouns to show the relationship between the two objects; 8. interfix placed between two numbers to denote the value of 100; also heard as lar, when used after words ending in t; e.g.; padar, zhadar, khut'ar
