Øe 🔊 (MTLN: Qe7)

Generally the compound vowel øe 🔊 may be substituted with oe to avoid the use of ø.
- Example: gøeh = goeh/geh.
The Harnji 會^† (øe; capable/able to) is shortened as just e 🔊 basically everywhere except Taipag and Samkiab.
- Examples: exhiao, extaxng, exsae.
