MTL Toolbox is a set of scripts written in PHP that aid in understanding of Modern Taiwanese Language (MTL). The Taiwanese-English Dictionary integrates the MTL Explainer, Syllable Separator, and the MTL Interface to POJ Dictionary. Includes links to an online text-to-speech (TTS) system based on POJ.
