Ciangciw 🔊 (Ciafng+ciw; 漳州; Zhangzhou)

Prefecture-level city in southeastern Hokkiexn, bordered to the north by Zoanciw.

Ciangciw-oe is associated with Taiwan's northern coastal Gilaan (Yilan) accent. The distinguishing feature of the coastal speech is the use of the vowel ‘vui’ in place of ‘ng’.
