Siongsafn (松山 Songshan District, Taipei) si Taipag Chi ee cidee khw.
Name
- Originally Malysyakkaw, a Ketagalan word meaning "where the river twists". In Hokkien, Balyzekkhao (麻里折口). Abbreviated Sekkhao / Siahkhao (錫口)
- In 1920, the area's settlements became Matsuyama Village, named after Matsuyama, Ehime Prefecture, Japan. It was a part of Shichisei District, Taihoku Prefecture.
- In 1938, merged into Taihoku City
