Koahpaw (割包 Taiwanese hamburger; gua bao) si cidciorng bahpaw.
Gwapaw
- aka hor-ka-ty (虎咬豬 “tiger snapping at a pig.”)
- steamed bun filled with braised pork.
- As it is eaten like a sandwich, it is sometimes called a Taiwanese hamburger.
