Koahpaw (割包 Taiwanese hamburger; gua bao) si cidciorng bahpaw.
Gwapaw
- steamed bun filled with braised pork.
- aka “tiger snapping at a pig.” hor-ka-ty (虎咬豬)
- As it is eaten like a sandwich, it is sometimes called a Taiwanese hamburger.
