The headwords of the ''[[MoeDict]]'' yielded 2,128 unique [[Imcied|syllables]]. Only main headwords were analyzed (proverbs and variant readings, preceded by the forward slash, were excluded). The syllables are presented in the following file, sorted by frequency (across the headwords), then alphabetically, written in [[TRS]], [[POJ]], and [[MTL]].

Frequency of syllables in the Dictionary of Frequently-Used Taiwan Minnan, or Frequently-Used Syllables in Frequently-Used Words of Taiwanese Hokkien

A frequency analysis was performed on the headwords of the Dictionary of Frequently-Used Taiwan Minnan (as found in MoeDict), yielding 2,128 unique syllables. Only main headwords were analyzed (proverbs and variant readings, preceded by the forward slash, were excluded). The syllables and their frequency are presented in the following file, sorted by frequency (across the headwords), then alphabetically, written in TRS, POJ, and MTL.
