Siongsafn 🔊 (sioong+safn; 松山; Songshan District, Taipei/Sungshan; named after Matsuyama City in Japan) si Taipakchi ee cidee khw.
Name
Siahkhao 🔊 (siaq+khao; 錫口; from Malysyakkaw) kuxmiaa. from Ketagalan, meaning "where the river twists". In 1920, the place became Matsuyama Village, named after Matsuyama City in Japan (see Taiwan under Japanese rule). It was a part of Shichisei-gun, Taihoku Prefecture. Matsuyama was merged into Taihoku City in 1938. Now called Songshan in Mandarin.
