Frequently-Used Taiwanese Polysyllable Homonyms were gathered by analyzing the Dictionary of Frequently-Used Taiwan Minnan (MoeDict). There are 145 homonyms using the TRS writing system, covering 292 dictionary rows. All are two-syllable words ranging from anleeng to zuxsyn, usually matching two rows.

Using the MTL writing systems, there are 178 homonyms covering 361 dictionary rows and 214 TRS. Again, all are two-syllable words, usually matching two rows. Five MTL match three rows: hibang, honghoea, huiekhix, kofkex, teng'ar.
