[pub] Updates on Mailing Lists

Dear All,

Both taa at tacpa.org and pub at tacpa.org are replaced by the following
two new mailing lists respectively:


 1.      news at taagwc.org      --   Moderated for taagwc related news announcment only 

 2.      pub at taioaan.org        --    Open to everybody


Again, all the mails are archived and may be used to against senders should
there be any conflicts, flame war, or mail spam.
